Get to Know Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in the Bellingham. I received my Master of Arts degree in Psychology at Antioch University in Seattle. I have worked for over 5 years in an outpatient mental health setting providing trauma-focused therapy for children, adolescents, and their families with a history of sexual and physical abuse.

I am drawn to this work because of the healing vulnerability has had in my life and in the lives of the families in my prior work. Previously, I worked with youth and their families in multiple settings from camps to a homeless shelter. Additionally, I have two years' experience working with adolescents and their families in a wilderness therapy setting.

In my spare time, I love to explore the wild places of the Pacific Northwest.
