Struggle is embedded into our lives. We all need support at times to navigate these stuck parts of our life. Therapy can help. 

I work with individuals struggling with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationships. I specifically work well with sensitive individuals. 

I believe our experiences, identities, and social systems uniquely intersect influencing our well-being. I utilize anti-oppression, trauma-informed, and strength-based practices to work collaboratively with individuals. My goals are your goals. I have seen deep healing using a combination of talk and body-based therapies and am eager to help people see lasting shifts in their lives.
