Youth Therapy
Navigation through transitions and deepening of resiliency
Childhood and adolescence is a time of unique stresses and joys. Additionally, it can be a challenging time due to frequent transitions, pressures, and lots of learning. I work with kids, teens, and their family to build their strengths, learn more coping strategies, as well as processing old hurts. I use Lifespan Integration, a gentle body base therapy, to heal from trauma, neglect, and attachment issues by connecting memories to build a coherent sense of self. Family therapy can often be an integral part of youth therapy. I work with kids and youth 10 years and older.

I have 8 years’ experience working with youth coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, gender identity, and sexuality. I would be honored to work with you on your path of self-discovery.
